Meet the team

Adele was a founding Director of FMW Consultancy in May 2006 and is currently the Company Secretary. Adele’s background is in the subscriptions and customer service industries. Adele managed the subscriptions department that was responsible for over ten high-profile publications in New Zealand between 1996 and 1998. She returned to the UK in 1998 to a role in customer services before having a career break to have a family from 2000.

Prior to working and living in New Zealand, Adele successfully established and managed her own business in the early 1990’s in Bristol.
