Meet the team

Brian joined FMW Consultancy in August 2006 as an Associate. He holds a BSc in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth and is a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Logistics and Transport and a Member of the Institute of Highways and Transportation. Brian has 12 years' experience in transport planning and highway engineering and he is particularly skilled in traffic modelling and highway design. Brian has experience of a variety of development projects across the UK and abroad including large residential developments, commercial, employment and urban regeneration schemes providing input into planning policy as well as supporting planning applications.

Brian’s core proficiencies include transportation assessments, trip generation and comparison, junction and network modelling, access strategies, parking assessments, and the application of Manual for Streets to site layouts and masterplans.
