Meet the team

Richard has 21 years' experience as a practising specialist traffic engineer and transportation planner gained in the UK, Ireland and New Zealand. He has been employed by local authorities and private concerns to advise on transportation engineering and development issues covering safety, management and planning matters of many kinds. Richard founded FMW Consultancy Limited in May 2006 and is currently Managing Director.

Richard has extensive experience in numerous and varied development projects throughout Southern England and South Wales. Richard has particular expertise in the preparation of Transport Assessments to support planning applications and site promotion through the Development Plan process. He has considerable experience in the preparation, attendance and presentation at Planning Appeals and Development Plan Inquiries.
